Need help!!

I️ am on birth control on week 5 and I️ am unsure of what this is I️ had cramps for about two days and it hurt so bad and I️ was on my way home and peed myself and when I️ went to go to the bathroom blood was everywhere and I️ went to wipe and this came out, and about an hour later the pains went right away. A lot of online says miscarriage, what is your thoughts?
