Hi! We are TTC baby number 1 and I am super nervous that there is something wrong with me. I have a feeling in the pit of my stomach that we will need help getting pregnant. However, I don’t know if that is just reading all the articles about people who need help conceiving or my gut telling me something.

I’m 28. Slightly overweight. Well managed hypothyroidism. He is 32. Normal weight. No medical issues.

Any advice?
