Braxton hicks?

Hello :)

So I am currently 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I’ve been having severe constipation and don’t mean to be crude but it’s like pellets! I have tried prune juice and that helps for a day and I’ve tried high fibre cereal but that doesn’t help long! I’m just curious if it could be Braxton hicks I’m getting which it’s like pain in my back and stomach at time and it’s really hard to explain the pain or could that just be down to constipation?
