I do. Was dx in 2011. Had a BP shunt placed in 2011. Then a lumbar shunt placed in 2012 then multiple revisions up till I conceived our first. Gave birth in 2015. Had my second in 2016. Having my third in 2018. 
Doesn't effect fertility. But you need to ask what causes your IIH. Hormone imbalance? Antibiotics? Weight? 
For me it was a very long string of antibiotics and weight. Once I got my weight better and stopped antibiotics I started feeling some what better. Had my surgeries and feel great now. 
If it is a hormone imbalance that can be what can hinder your conception.

I have it. Dx in 2013. Had my first baby in 2015 and TTC a second now, and have been for about a year, but may hold off for a while. I currently take Diamox, and have not had a shunt placed. I just had a therapeutic lumbar puncture this morning and the doctor is leaning toward a possible LP shunt placement in the coming months. We're pretty sure mine is weight related, so I'm thinking that we may pause TTC until I lose some weight and get my pressure under control. I've gained 60 pounds since my diagnosis, and 50 of that has been since I gave birth, so my doctor has speculated that the weight may be causing issues with both TTC and my pressure issues. 🤷🏼‍♀️
