yes i do because people play the system and make it so hard for people who really need the help to get it,while this is in no way a full proof way to stop that i think it would help.

Every where they implemented drug tests, it cost the tax payers SO MUCH MORE MONEY... and one government leader who imposed it was later busted for drugs 😂😂😂.
As for working, my state did this to me because I’m a student. Full time student single mom means I need to work EQUAL and/or MORE hours to receive assistance... which means I had to find a job who would HIRE ME IN at 40 hours a week (that doesn’t happen, ever) and somehow magically have the energy and sanity to do school for 40+ hours a week, home work, projects, study, work, take care of house, child, pets, etc and every day life just to receive food stamps.
Needless to say I decided to start eating once a day so I had money for everyone else’s needs first.

What test? You can tell if they need help bye looking at them OR looking at their records. That should be enough. 
There's people who misuse government aids but I'd rather have that than have someone who really needs it have it taken away.  
Maybe the rich should be tested and forced to give to charities and the less fortunate, if they fail then they should be tested again because people lie right?

my opinion yes. my husbands ex has managed to cheat the system for almost 3 years and honestly I find it appalling. no matter how many times we bring it to dhrs attention they do nothing which is also appalling. did you know if you go without a job legally the state of Alabama can hold your child support Money and force you to get a job... she hasn't had a job in over three months. but she gets by by telling them she has one which all she does is go to the interviews if that. not even a month ago did she come storming into my house demanding we give her and her bf as well as my step son a place to stay. and they would use the food stamps to help and she would use child support Money to pay half of rent. um excuse me first off no my step son is more than welcome to stay here but I'm not going to house two adults that got kicked out of an apartment complex based off income because she didn't have a job and he got fired from his.  secondly child support Money is for my step son. so this must be the reason why he hardly gets new things. why every once in a while she's calling begging for money to buy Christmas presents or a toddler bed and when we offer to just buy the stuff she throws a fit and calls us horrible people. I'm sorry but I don't trust you she cheats the system she gets what she wants and it needs to be stopped. I think there need to be a hell of a lot more rules and regulations. when I was pregnant, going to school full time while my husband worked we couldn't even get food stamps what because we were over the limit by 5$ fucking dollars. and guess what at the end of the month when we paid all of our bills we only had maybe 150$ for food plus wic which believe me we made it work but it was difficult. a pregnant women should not have to limit what she eats just to make sure there is enough food for the month. while a lazy bitch gets almost 500 in food stamps plus wic plus child support plus free money the state gave her for God knows what. and guess what she still gets food stamps and guess who has to pay the state back. my husband. it's fucking ridiculous.
