So my boyfriend spent the night with his friends last night but didn’t really message me after 10 , but when I woke up I saw that he was on what’s app at 4 but he didn’t reply to me at 4 am so I started to think and freak out a little I’m 7 weeks pregnant he promised nothing was going to happen but like why didn’t I hear from him all night ? I feel like I’m going crazy and idek if I should be upset
