Human Incubator

I’m like 2 days away from getting my period (give or take) and i feel like I’m a freakin incubator/Heater... I was getting ready for the day and was So Hot and Sweaty.... YUCK!!! 😝 Is this normal??? Anyone else experiencing this??? I’m usually always cold and always have to be bundled up but last night I had to sleep in a tank top and shorts. 🌋🌋🌋
