Yesterday was CD 41, and for about a week and a half I’d been experiencing symptoms that were way out of the norm for me: extreme fatigue, metallic taste in my mouth, nausea, mood swings, food aversions, etc.

My cycles are irregular, and I have tested too early before. I didn’t want to get my hopes up, so I was determined that if I got to CD 50 (my longest cycle is 44 days), then I would test without fear of testing too early.

I woke up this morning and when I wiped, I had brown mucusy discharge. 2nd time I peed, it was more like a period but a dark brownish red. Third time was still mucusy, but bits of bright red.

I’ve heard of women who get their period, but are actually still pregnant. What is the deal with that?? Could I still be pregnant?
