How much does it really matter?
How much does it really matter what I eat? Currently 9 weeks and I’ve had the worst morning sickness the last 3 weeks. I’m currently throwing up 2-3 times a day and I don’t want to eat anything. So I barely manage to just eat whatever I can keep down (fingers crossed) and it’s definitely far from the healthiest food choices. I’m staying away from the obvious no no’s, but the majority of foods that I can occasionally stomach and keep down are typically classified as junk food. Veggies, fruits, proteins, and essentially anything healthy is a big no go for me. I take my prenatal vitamins religiously every night though. Is that good enough to sustain baby for now until this awful morning sickness passes?
