SMEP (sperm meets egg) success?

Has anyone had any success with the sperm meets egg plan? What exactly did you do? How long were you TTC? Thanks!

I’m trying it now but I have got off track we have baby dance on Jan 10,12,13,14 and 15. So I got my first positive opk tonight CD 12 on 1/15. So we have messed up the SMEP all the way but we will see what happen. I’m also using pre seed too.

We are trying it this month for the first time. Got my first positive OPK this morning so will we will see in a couple of weeks if it worked!

have you tried it before? I dont do CM so I use strips and the apps and temp, but my apps have been off.....last month I missed my ovulation dates
