Just got Skyla. Cramps are killing me. Advice?

I'm suffering from really bad cramps. The insertion was very painful but she said the cramps would go away after an hour but they're still really bad. any advice? already took ibuprofen, tea, and heating pad.

When I got mine the cramps were bad for like a week and now when I get my period I have really bad cramps and medicine does not even take the edge off. I just lay down with my knees to my chest and try to sleep and that usually helps. Hope it gets better for you. 😁

They told me 1 to 2 days of cramping. I just rested up with the heating pad for a day. It gets better

I know it’s hard by try to nap. If not stand in a hot shower for as long as you can, no baths!
