Do you floss EVERY SINGLE day?

So I know we are all supposed to floss our teeth EVERY day. It helps prevent cavities in between the teeth and some other things. But I want to know how many of you  floss EVERY SINGLE day?

I can't floss because I have a retainer on my top 4 and bottom 8 teeth. My top teeth are so close together that my hygienist doesn't floss them. I figured if she can't floss them, then I definitely won't. I use a spin brush and mouthwash instead.

Yes. It runs in my family to have multiple cavities and I have gingivitis. I had to have a root canal like 2 months ago and it was really expensive so I’m not trying to need another one lol.
