Should I be worried?

The other day I felt something unusual. On my left side of my labia minora. I felt a bump under the surface. As I felt it, I noticed it moved around. The bump felt is a egg yolk. As I was trying to keep my cool. I asked my boyfriend to feel it. You know, to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. I’ve tried googling something like mine. I haven’t yet found anything. Maybe it’s a cyst or cancer. What should I do? Any ideas of what it might be? Anyone have/had something similar?
