do you guys see a difference??

the picture on the left was taken back in May. since then I’ve done the whole30 and have maintained a fairly consistent weight training routine (it’s been interrupted by school and sickness over the last few months but I’d say I work out pretty frequently). I’ve also started intermittent fasting. the picture on the right was taken a few weeks ago.

It’s been really difficult for me to lose weight - I definitely follow a caloric deficit every day and have for years - those are just my eating habits. only in the past 5 months have I started to lift weights. but you’d think there would be a major difference, right?

Ugh. do you guys see a difference? what can I do to make my waist smaller?
