Being induced...

So today me and my doctor set a date to be induced and my December baby will now be a November baby. Due to the upcoming holiday we decided it’d be best to wait until after thanksgiving and set the date for November 27th around 6pm.. So if all goes well he should be here on the 28th. My original due date was December first so it’s not too far off.. kinda nervous about the whole thing really, so if anyone could give me the run down on how it works and what they do that’d be amazing because I’m completely lost and extremely nervous.
