I'm so sad.
This is it. I'm having a missed miscarriage.
I had a dream I kept bleeding all over the floor.
When I woke up I felt a dull ache in my uterus.
At work I started having painful frequent short urine flows.
It just doesn't feel right. I'm devastated. I'm going to get my levels checked next week but I just feel an ache in my heart like it's over.
