Symptoms but negative tests 🤔

Hi everyone, tomorrow is my 23rd birthday and me being pregnant would be the best gift eveeer. 😁 Even though I'm having several symptoms; headache, backache, sore nipples and a 9 day late period, I'm getting negative tests ☹️ I've taken them a day in between and still nothing! What do you think? Love and baby dust to all !
