I’m just after some reassurance from people that may have been in a similar position.

I’m on my third Puregon (FSH injectables) cycle, after a couple of failed Clomid cycles. I had a scan on CD12 that revealed a 16mm follicle, an 11mm follicle as well as a heap of smaller ones. My lining was 7mm.

My E2 level is 611

Progesterone: 1

Low LH

My fertility specialist has told me to delay the trigger shot for 2 more days and to continue 100iu of Puregon each day.

What’s the ideal E2 level and follicle size at the time of trigger?

This will be my fourth cycle using the Ovidrel trigger shot. The first three have completely FAILED to make me ovulate. We are still trying to work our why. Both my thinking and FS thinking is that my E2 levels were low, despite large follicles.

This is the first cycle I’ve had blood work done to coincide with the follicle scan.
