Teething two month old

Well, my sweet girl will soon be 3 months (gah 😭) She's started teething, but she hates teethers and teether toys, I've tried so many different kinds. She only likes chewing on our knuckles, or for us to massage her gums with our fingers. She screamed until I finally massaged them tonight, and then went to sleep soon after. I've tried chilling her teethers, I've gotten her those little rubber toothbrush things, proba ly some other crap that's supposed to work, she hates all of it but our fingers. I can't keep constantly washing my hands for her to chew on them, and lord knows I need them for other things too. Is there anything else I can do?
