Could I be pregnant?

I'm almost 3 months late and have yet to get my period. I sometimes cramp and think there it is, it's coming. But nothing. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. I took a pregnancy test a month ago but it came out negative. Should I try another?
