i had sex on tuesday and its now friday and ever since the hole of my vagina has been red and irritated. it sometimes itches but it mostly feels raw and just uncomfortable. it wasn't particularly rough sex, and i did a monistat treatment last night and it burned and itched sooooo badly. what should i do? what's the problem? and if it's a yeast infection how can i prevent myself from getting one every time we have sex?
