Hello ladies! I started taking Chasteberry about 35 days or so ago. I just had my first period on it and I have never had a period like this before. The cramps were unbearable. I usually don't get cramps. Also, the bleeding was very heavy and clotty and it lasted longer. Usually, it last about 5 days I'm on day 6 now and I think this is the last day but I'm not sure. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like it may be just straightening out my system but I am unsure. Thanks!
