Warts + pedicure

Can I get a pedicure if I have plantar warts on my feet. The salon I go to has like a plastic wrap around the basin and are very clean .. would they mind it if they work around them ? I've had my toes done but not the whole foot. I got these warts from another salon ! 😡 n can't get rid of it
