why is it so hard !!
i regret eating so much and not exercising whikd pregnant now my stomach is so flabby and loose 😔 im so not used to this. im losing weight then gaining it back bit idc about my weight im fine with my weight its just the stomach . and i really donf be having any time to work out but when i do i feel like its not enough time i do like 30 minutes. or im not doing the exercises right (i do them at home) l looked on google and youtube. any tips ?
