Severe PMS cramps???
Help! Woke up this morning with period cramps worse than I've ever had, all in my stomach, hips, and back. I've had the shits twice already and feel like if I eat anything I'm going to throw up. I took a pain pill and two tums plus I have a hot bag. Any other tips to relieve pain? I feel like I can't move without wanting to scream 😭😭
