TMI post but I need your opinions

I was due AF yesterday (CD23) but have had no PMS symptoms so tested - BFN, after I had some bleeding on tissue so put in a tampon overnight and had little to no blood in the morning, I have put this one in today and had the same, could this be spotting and too early to test or really might AF? AF is usually 3 medium to light days
