I was on the depo for 3 years, I came off of the depo in May 2017. I’ve had a regular period until September, then I started bleeding every other week.. This month (November) I’ve had my regular period, which is suppose to come next Wednesday. I’ve been cramping low in my stomach and I just maybe thought it have been hungry pains but no it’s like cramping, it’s a weird feeling.. I don’t know if I could be pregnant or what or just pains because my period is coming next week. 5 days away. Could anyone tell me if this is normal. I’ve also been feeling light headed and I’ve been experiencing headaches really bad. I’ve also have had some CM, and I’ve never had that before also. I’m just concerned, I don’t have a mom to talk to, so I just wanted to ask.
