Ovulating two weeks after MC?

I just recently lost my baby two weeks ago. I was 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant when I went into pre-term labor. My husband and I want to try again as soon as I am cleared by my doctor (I go in next week for my follow up). My bleeding stopped and I've had normal discharge for a couple days now. I took an ovulation test to better track my cycle and this is the result.. 
Is it positive? Am I already ovulating again after just losing the baby?

Since you were as far along as you were this may be leftover HCG. When I miscarried at 11 weeks my levels didn't hit 0 for 6 weeks after my D&C.; OPKs detect HCG too. Did you track them to 0?

I’m sorry for your loss. When I had my miscarriage, my doctor said in many woman once the baby is passes your body will treat it as a regular cycle, so you would ovulate a couple weeks after. If you feel ready again and your doctor signed off on sex, there’s no harm in trying! Good luck.

I ovulated two weeks after my mc, but I was only 6 weeks along, and my hcg levels were confirmed as being at pre-pregnancy levels prior to trying again. Since you were farther along, it *may* be leftover hormones. I wouldn't say for sure until a blood test confirms your hormones have leveled out.

Probably. When I had my miscarriages- I started ovulating 2-3 weeks after I stopped bleeding. It's crazy but our bodies just go right back to its business of making eggs.
