hey all, I'm a 2nd time mom just wondering when everyone plans on setting up all your baby gear, washing newborn clothes, etc. my initial plan was to wait until the holidays were over and use January to get everything set up but being due early Feb (Feb 6th) that's making me nervous that I'm waiting too long!!

we have a tiny house, my toddler and newborn will be sharing a room, so I don't want to pull things out of basement and attic too soon that it's in the way (with Christmas decor and such) but don't want to wait too long either! any tips on what you early Feb moms are doing??
