plugged duct?

The other night I got up to breastfeed and while I was breastfeeding I suddenly got hot,sweaty and shakey. I drank some water and ate and it went away. Since then I have noticed my breasts are really full like engorged. I'm googling but not sure if it's a plugged duct or not?! help!

Plugged ducts hurt and you'd know its there and feel the area it's at swollen and hurts to touch. That sounds more like the horomon surge during breastfeeding just overwhelmed you.. and maybe blood sugar went low from it and not eating prior. Try to have a snack before or during the feeding.

Sounds more like the symptoms I had with mastitis but since it went away idk. Nurse or pump as much as possible if you're feeling engorged and if you have the other symptoms again or fever with flu like symptoms it could be mastitis and you'd want an antibiotic from your dr
