We been divorced for a year now but we have a parent plan agreement he is not following I cannot afford another lawyer he wants full soul custody but my daughter is my kid too. I pay my child support into the plane tickets that’s how my domestic abuse lawyer helped and filed it (free lawyers type) but he didn’t put her on plane twice I know what a jerk huh I hope karma bites him real quick too I wish I can hold my daughter it’s been a year I haven’t held her or be face to face with her only get to talk to her on phone and Skype. He hasn’t been taking her to any of her doctor appointments making her skip school to go to to these stupid conventions. She needs to catch up with the rest of her classmates reading, writing and spelling she is behind the rest she is in third grade I don’t want her to be homeschooled she needs to interact with kids her age, I don’t know what else to do? I think I am over stressing about it.
