He is exclusively breast fed. About 5 months. Looked like heat rash but not anymore? Thoughts? I️ was his cloths and use babyganics. And soaps are hypoallergenic

Still looks like heat rash to me. It can take a week for the rash to go away. Why do you think it’s not heat rash?
