Could it still be too early for confirmation?

I took these and got two faint positives

Tried getting my pregnancy confirmed today but the test came back negative :( 
Ive missed my period and i know im pregnant i think it may honestly be too early. 
Have you been through anything similar? How long did you wait to get it confirmed?

There is a thing called chemical pregnancy which would also show positive on a test but negative blood work blood work should pick on any hCG
