How do you calm your nerves?
I’m 8 weeks 2 days. Had an ultrasound at exactly 6 weeks and didn’t hear but saw a tiny heartbeat of 112. Doc says once cardiac activity is detected chances of anything bad are very small. I have miscarried in the past but before i saw a heartbeat. 3rd baby and Just nervous! Going in 2 weeks for my 10 week and hoping to hear heartbeat again! Until then... i am trying to hide my belly and hope everything is going ok!
