10 weeks and 4 days Belly to big??!!!

Everyone keeps telling me my belly looks to big for 10 weeks and 4 days that if am sure it’s only 1 baby lol am like yes!! Am I the only one who’s belly looks like this?

I was killer bloated still at 10 weeks. Baby is still down near pelvic bones.
