what...on earth is going on.

My last period was on Septmeber 19th. I haven't had anything since just on November 7th I had bleeding for an hour then it quit. Nothing since. I took a test and it was negative. not sure what's going on. I am always short of breath, bloated as heck, tired alot and frequent urination. Has this happened to anyone else???
