Is this even possible? I’m 5 weeks and 2 days post c-section. My pp bleeding went almost to nothing by day 10, but then restarted and I’ve been bleeding ever since. The last two days I got period like cramps and the bleeding significantly went up in volume - whereas before I would be ok with a panty liner, today I soaked two super absorbent pads. Get clots out every time I pee too. But the color is still more brown than red. Well, today it’s a bit more reddish brown. So is this my period on top of lochia? I breastfeed my twins nearly non-stop.

Because of the Thanksgiving my 6 week appointment is not happening until the week after. Should I be concerned and try to see the doctor earlier?
