Painful Braxton Hicks 30 weeks
Can anyone tell me how to make the hicks not so painful I’ve been drinking almost 2 big jugs of water every few hours. They hurt to the point im sore and can’t move 😭 the amount of pressure that’s happening kills me. Normal for 30 weeks and 2 days I had my appointment today and she just listen to mijas heart and told me to see her in 2 weeks then measured my stomach.
