I was diagnosed with PCOS IN 2015. My husband and I are ttc our second child. Every month I feel like I have pregnancy symptoms but when I test I get another negative result.

This month I had a light bleeding on 11/10/17 and spotting the next. Since then no spotting but on the 15th I had an episode of nausea, hot flash and dizziness. I have had an increased trips to the bathroom, as well. I took a test yesterday but it was negative. My period was supposed to start yesterday but with the PCOS, I’m irregular. Could I have just tested too early? Or am I really not pregnant?
