Cramping help!

My husband and I️ are ttc. I’m 6 days post ovulation and have had all day period like cramps for 3 days straight. Is this normal? I️ know I’m not ovulating bc I️ took an OPK 4 days ago and it was negative. Has anyone else experienced this and ended up with a BFP? I have not had any spotting or bleeding and AF is 8 days away.
