I feel like we've stepped backwards

Andi

my little girl is 11 weeks & was consistently sleeping 730pm to 720am, with only one feeding in between, around 3am. Now suddenly she won't go to bed (Even though she acts tired) or when she does (late, around 8 or 830.. 10 the other night) she wakes up around midnight acting hungry again. then again around 2. constantly waking up between trying to find her pacifier. Not only at night but she also used to go down for naps super easy, and I could set a clock based on her naps. 9, 1130, 2, 430... always 45 minutes too. Now she will try to wake up early, or skip the nap entirely bc she spent the whole time fussing. Doesn't fall asleep easy anymore either. I feel like we're going backwards here & I'm getting worried. I don't want to enforce any bad habits. she has been making a lot of strides recently though developmentally; rolling over, reaching for things, constantly putting her hands in her mouth, etc. I wonder if all that has her little brain working overtime, causing her to fight sleep? has anyone else experienced this? any tips? how do I get my good sleeper back?
