AF was due today but I woke up to a slight increase in BBT but I feel like that’s only because I had 2 glasses of wine last night and I took my temp 2 hours later than I usually would. AF alwaysss arrives first thing in the morning but she didn’t and I’ve had a backache, slight headache and really sore boobs all day not to mention my boobs are feeling really hard. ANYWAY AF finally arrived earlier this afternoon so I put in a tampon and I came to change it 4 hours later only to find minimal blood. Could I have mistaken this blood for AF? What’s going on? I’m so confused!! 😥😥
