Period advice pls 😰😰

I have the worst cramps ever, I can wear a pad all day and it will be clean 0 blood on it but every time I wipe the tissue has blood on it? Why is this?? I feel like this is why my cramps are so bad because the blood is like jammed? Any advice ❤️❤️
