Hello girls, here is a little history about me. I had my second miscarriage with my first baby in September end. Both time was natural pregnancy and both endup in 6th week. I am so afraid this time. My doctor told me to go for Letrozole also known as Femara from the period day 3 to 7. I am going to start with Letrozole from 2mrw, it's my day three. This time I got my period too early in 22 days. 😐 I want to know if anyone who got positive results in first cycle of letrozole and got a successful pregnancy. Any suggestions are welcome. I really need good advice after two miscarriages. This will be my first baby and my all hopes are on this cycle.
