So my brother has been walking around with a black swollen ass eye. He told our mom that one of his friends accidentally elbowed him in the face while he was horsing around.

He told me the truth. He was talking to his girlfriend about birth control because she refused to use condoms.

She said "I can't have kids" and he said "I'm not going to risk it and have sex with you without a condom. I am not going to have sex with you unless we use a condom. It's not happening" and she said "but I CANT have kids" and he said "well that would be a good thing right now but it's still not going to happen. I can't explain to you how much I don't want a baby" and she leaned back, threw her arm back and landed a punch in his face as hard as she possibly could and got in his face and said "fuck you, you piece of shit" this isn't the first time he's had random black and blue bruises but this is the worst one. This happened while he was driving and she was in the passenger seat. She hit him while he was driving.

They are teens by the way, 18 and 19

So I'm like pissed right? Like overly beyond piiiissssed the hell off about to rip this abusive little psycho into pieces. Before I could tell my mom she shows up and im like shaking and looking at her like im gonna kill her. She walks into the kitchen and i throw my glass of tea on the ground and storm out before I actually put my hands on her. Yes, I told my mom who has banned her from the house now. My mom knows me and knew she had really done something and guessed it before I told her. I talked him into dumping her. Our mom didn't like her anyways and she's lucky i have self control because this was minutes after he told me and the absolute worst time for her to show up at my moms house.

Im also on medication that's affecting my mood so I was probably way more pissed off than I naturally would have been. Yeah, worst thing for her to do. Bad for her health.

I told my brother that if he doesn't dump her that I will be her worst nightmare if I hear anymore shit like that happening. I have never ever laid my hands on a boyfriend even when I caught one red handed cheating. And she punched him over condoms? It sounds like she's trying to get pregnant no matter what he thinks and doesn't care what he has to say about it. He hasn't had sex with her (that's what he says) because she refuses with a condom and apparently that's pissing her off. Yeah well I'm more pissed. A big sister thing kicked in and oh my god. Ooooh my god.

Also he wanted me to tell our mom. He thought she would prod for details, like the whole sex thing. My mom didn't even ask me why. I just told her she gave him the black eye. I came from that woman and she's 100x worse than me so good luck to her If she attempts to stay around.

I'm still pissed about it. And I want to talk to her, but if I talk to her I want it to be in person so I can get my point across and I'm gonna have to let this sink in so I can think about it more and calm the hell down. Can he press charges against her? He made is seem like he couldn't just dump her and walk away. I will get the police involved with no hesitation if I have to.
