Butt acne 😭😭😭

I have really bad butt acne and it's making me SO self conscious. My boyfriend says it doesn't bother him at all and he still thinks I'm beautiful but I can't help but not trust what he's saying when my ass is covered in purple and red acne and scars. Is there any way I can get rid of them? Like as soon as possible? It's killing my sex life and confidence 😭
