Ever meet a really short guy with a big penis?

I mean can height and build really be an indicatior on the size of their manhood? my old fwb can’t be more then 5ft 7in, thicker build and he is pretty big. A new guy I’m seeing is suuuper short for a guy 5ft 4in and thinner build. He claims to be amazing in bed. I’m having a hard time believing he won’t be small. What have you ladies experienced with short guys? No rude comments please, I know size shouldn’t matter but I’m curious.

My roommates boyfriend was about 5'4 maybe 5'5 and was super hung. I know this because SOMEBODY forgot to put a sign up for me. But, I've also known quite a few guys over 6' that are pretty less than average. Don't judge a book by its cover lol.
