My fiancé and his ex were not talking when we met. We’ve been together for almost three years. She wanted full custody of their daughter and everytime my fiancé would ask to see her more she’d say they had to go to court. I️ don’t know the real reason behind this but my husband says she was jealous of his ex before me. Because his daughter started calling his ex Mom. Recently my fiancé and his ex have been getting along and while that’s nice I️ can’t help and feel jealous because all of a sudden they laugh and smile when they talk. As soon as they see each other they have this smile, like a flirtatious smile. And I️ always sit in the back because we have an 11 month old so she doenst know I’m there ever. Now all of a sudden she’s texting him about their daughter. Idk it just all looks odd to me because she suddenly went from not talking at all, being mad at all him all the time to this completely nice person and my fiancé is the same to her. And I’m not saying they shouldn’t get along because they should be civil but I️ can’t help and feel jealous. Today I’m sick so I️ won’t be able to make it to his daughter cheer competition and he’s going alone with his other kids while I️ stay home with our daughter. She’s obviously going to be there. She’s really pretty and it just makes me sad I️ guess.
