I just went off BC last month (October 9), so this is my first full month without being on it. Out of curiosity, I started charting my BBT, and this is what my chart looks like:

I have no clue if I ovulated or what day it happened if I did. I didn’t have a sharp .5-1 degree spike like everything says should typically happen. According to Glow (based on my previous cycles while I was still on BC), I was supposed to ovulate tomorrow. Is it possible that I didn’t ovulate since I’ve only been off my BC for a month? Is it possible that I could have ovulated so early after AF? This is confusing. 🧐
