unbearable period cramps
what is the best way to rid period cramps? The cramps have been getting considerably worse every time I get my period. I have had it since I was 11, I am now 18 and they are unbearable. I am not on birth control and I have been taking over the counter painkillers but they don't do anything anymore, I can't even stand up because the pain goes all the way down my legs. I am also nauseous because of the pain.
